If everyone that had a blog was a family, the FX Cuisine Guy would be the Bad Guy Hideouts’s older, fancier, successful brother who we are outwardly jealous of and beg him to let us come visit him in college so we can be cool. Only in this case, college is: Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Japan, France, etc. This guy travels around the world learning and taking pictures of amazing food. And eating. He’s like the seemingly less badass Anthony Bourdain. (Which don’t get me wrong, if we had any choice of older, white, anglo-saxon male foodie personalities to travel the world eating food with, it would be Mr. Bourdain. It’s just that he has a TV show and not a blog and therefore doesn’t fit in this hypothetical metaphor.) The point of this story is: I want this Traditional Neopolitan Deep Fried Pizza.
