Your Weekly GOOP
“I am constantly looking for a place to charge my phone.” -GP
This week’s GOOP newsletter is a “GET” which means when I open it, there will be a laundry list of items Gwensy wants me to buy. Oh! And a guest list buy none other than Cameron Diaz! Gwens and D discuss how “Going Green” is not a trend and not for hippies anymore and tell us what to buy so we can be green and help the planet and her friends that probably make these items.
The Stupid
Stella McCartney Eco Collection. Dresses from $435-1535. Bye. I just ran out of my house. I need a $1300 dress so badly I just ran out immediately. Later.
This haunted egg car.
Jamie Oliver Organic Seed Packets-(So you can grow your own herbs and save money). Gwens, if the purpose of this idea is to save money why the fuck would you tell us to buy a ten dollar bag of seeds from Europe? Did you know that most people buy a bag of seeds from free to three dollars and not wait two weeks for it to be shipped? God I hate you.
Cameron recommended both “Food, Inc.” and The “Omnivores Dilemma”, which is helpful because no one has heard of these best selling books until today.
The Good
There’s only one. It’s GOOD magazine.
