Twilight

I went home to visit the fam today which ended up with me watching Twilight with the entire family, including my mom who has already seen it nine times, my sister who has read all the books twice, her gf who answered all my questions and my dad who fell asleep.

Which leads me to my IMPORTANT NEWS. New career goal and how to get it : Write a book. Sell millions of copies. Turn book into film  script. Cast Sexy Teens that have moderate acting skills. Market to Non-Sexy Teens who dream of one day having Sexy Male Lead say romantic things to them like “I will always be there for you” and “I’m not going anywhere” and “Your scent is so strong I want to eat you, it’s not safe. Go away. We shouldn’t be friends.” Formula to success.

The Tween market is where it’s at: High School Musical I, II and III; Harry Potter, I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII; The Princess Diaries, I & II; Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants I & II, etc.

All you really have to do is think of a terrible idea, write the story in multiple volumes, cast Miley Cyrus/Zach Effron or some other unknown 13 y/o, market the shit out of it and make a glittery myspace page.

I have not read the books twice. haha

but i agree, write an elaborate dumb idea with tween angst, cast semi decent actors, or actors who are desperate for work and prepare your awkward cameo in the movie. I’ll help edit…

Wow. I didn’t realize my argument was so strong. You are right. Do you think teens would read a series about robot love?
